What is Aware Tracer Technology?

It is a physical marker embedded into the type of raw material at the source. The Aware scanner is used to thoroughly check the material and authenticate its sustainability claim. If everything is up to the mark, the material gets labelled as “AWARE™ Certified”. It means, the material is of premium quality and has lesser impact on the environment. When you see the tag shown in the picture on a product, you immediately infer that it is a sustainable product.

This way, you can ensure conscious and responsible purchases and do your bit towards environmental safety.

Impact of AWARE™ Tracer Technology

Aware Tracer Technology identify or authenticate the material. It has contributed a lot in ensuring the textile industry doesn’t hit the environment hard. Some of the remarkable changes (with statistics) that it has shown are:

• 9.800 litres of water saved per 1 kilo of AWARE™ recycled cotton vs conventional cotton.
• Plastic water bottles are prevented from flowing into the oceans per 10,000 kilos of AWARE™ recycled polyester.
• 99.3% less water is used producing 1-kilo AWARE™ recycled polyester vs virgin polyester.
